We ship orders in batches once per week. If you put in an order by Sunday night, your order will ship out during the following week. If it has been longer than two weeks, you can send us an email! You’ll receive tracking information in an email when it ships.
After you receive your tracking information via email, it may take several days until the tracking information begins to update. This is normal, as it can take us a few days between when we generate your tracking number and when we deposit your parcel into the postal system.
